While at previous employment, IDeAs team members led the electrical system design of the Sonoma Academy Janet Durgins Guild and Commons, a deep green, all electric, net zero energy building that includes a hybrid green roof/PV system, daylighting, high performance LED lighting and advanced lighting controls and an all electric commercial kitchen and an all electric teaching kitchen both featuring state of the art induction cooktops. The project won an AIA COTE Top 10 Award, is LEED Platinum Certified and is LBC Net Zero Energy and Zero Carbon Certified.
