Tah Mah Lah is an ultra high performance, 5,600 SF, net zero energy, single family residence with a 27 kW PV system. The facility was an early adopter of electric induction cooking, and has enough spare generation capacity to charge five EVs, high performance LED lighting and advanced lighting controls, daylighting, solar water heating, and a ground source heat pump providing radiant heating and cooling and domestic water heating. The project is LEED Platinum Certified.
